Returns Policy

After receipt of the package, check that the items have been delivered in accordance with the order. If this is not the case, you should notify Q-Watersports within 14 days of receipt. You are entitled to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without notice. You will have 14 more days to return your product after cancellation. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping. Only the costs for returning the item from your home to our store are at your own expense. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will have to be returned to the vendor in the original condition and packaging with all supplied accessories. To use this right, you can contact us at sup@99webshops.com. We will then refund the due amount within 14 days after your return has been received, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Q-Watersports reserves the right to refuse returned items when the return conditions are not met.
